He attributes this to a move of the Lord at that time in that location, as He reportedly grabbed up a lot of young men and "called" them to preach. On Sundays, people will fill the auditorium and hear an inspirational speaker, perhaps a good preacher, but they will not hear the voice of someone they consider their pastor. The preaching will be harsh, impersonal, and vague.

You may feel called, and others may affirm your general direction, but you are not yet fully “called” to a specific pastoral ministry until God opens the door.
